Patrick feels that he can offer a good contribution to Headspace as a charity trustee to cover all aspects of mental health and issues which may affect the young people it supports and their families.

He has a passion for positive starts in life and feels grateful to be able to contribute to such a positive local cause.

Julie Mitchell

Leadership Team

I have had a long a varied career including practising as a family solicitor, management of national transport contracts and community transport services.  I have spent the last 10 years managing operations in charitable organisations, specifically club-based activities. I have learnt so much about managing people with integrity, compassion and respect.

I now have a passion for supporting local community with a particular interest, arising from personal experience, in helping those suffering from family crisis. This work has included direct support to families dealing with the devastation resulting from family breakdown, dementia and mental health issues, helping them to find support with carer respite, befriending and accessing services and funding available to them.  I have many years’ experience of working in the charitable sector in Gloucestershire and continue to use my experience through my volunteering roles.
