🌿 We’re Hiring: Outdoor Learning Coordinator (Part-Time)

Headspace is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Outdoor Learning Coordinator to join our team in Bourton-on-the-Water from April 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver outdoor learning and volunteering programmes for young people aged 9–19 who are experiencing mental health challenges. Working alongside our Wellbeing and Mentoring teams, you’ll help young people build confidence, skills and a stronger connection to the natural world.

Role Details

  • 20 hours per week (annualised, mainly term time)

  • £30,000 p/a pro rata (£16,000) plus 15% employer pension contribution

  • Based in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire

We’re looking for someone with experience in learning outside the classroom, supporting young people with SEND or additional needs, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.
