Thank You to The National Lottery for Supporting Our Mentoring Scheme

We are delighted to share some exciting news – thanks to the incredible support of The National Lottery Community Fund, Headspace will be expanding our Community Mentoring Scheme this September.

This funding means we can reach even more young people across the North Cotswolds who are facing challenges with their mental health, education, or personal circumstances. Our mentoring scheme pairs trained volunteer mentors with young people for regular one-to-one support. These trusted relationships help young people build resilience, develop confidence, and feel less alone.

The National Lottery’s funding will allow us to:

• Recruit and train new volunteer mentors from within our community.

• Match more young people with a dedicated mentor to provide consistent support.

• Expand the scheme into additional schools and community settings this autumn.

• Offer ongoing training and supervision so our mentors can provide the very best support.
