We’re recruiting: Mentoring Co-ordinator (Part-time)
Headspace is recruiting a Mentoring Co-ordinator to lead and develop our mentoring services for young people aged 11–19 across the North Cotswolds.
This senior, part-time role (8–12 hours per week, negotiable) will oversee the strategic development and day-to-day delivery of our mentoring programmes, including community mentoring and commissioned Alternative Provision work. The role includes mentor management, safeguarding oversight (as Deputy DSL), partnership working with schools and agencies, and monitoring outcomes and impact.
We’re looking for someone with experience working with young people facing emotional or mental health challenges, strong safeguarding knowledge, and experience coordinating mentoring or youth support services.
The role is hybrid, with remote working and occasional travel to Bourton-on-the-Water.
