New Parent Support Sessions Launched Across the North Cotswolds
Headspace is pleased to be offering a range of free support sessions for parents and carers, bringing together trusted local partners to help families better support their children’s mental health and wellbeing.
The programme includes a mix of online workshops, structured courses and peer support, giving parents practical tools, advice and the opportunity to connect with others.
Sessions include online workshops delivered by Young Gloucestershire, covering topics such as building resilience, managing the impact of social media, and improving communication with teenagers. These sessions are designed to be accessible and practical, helping parents feel more confident in supporting their child.
Parents can also take part in structured online courses from Let's Talk Well. These multi-week programmes explore key areas such as mental health, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, providing more in-depth support and strategies over time.
In addition, peer support sessions run by Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum offer a welcoming space for parents to share experiences, gain advice and connect with others facing similar challenges.
All sessions are free to attend and open to parents and carers across the North Cotswolds.
